Category 3: Business Immigration. There are several different business immigration and investor immigration categories available to foreign nationals who want to become permanent residents.

Category 4: Federal Skilled Worker Program: The Federal Skilled Worker Program allows workers to apply to immigrate to Canada based on their education, work experience, skills and other criteria.
